A poem on Snap, Stretch and Spring to help recycling

Dr Verity Parker, of Surrey Heath’s recycling team, is an absolute whizz with words. She has written a new poem about recycling. Now that our recycling performance is up there with the best in the country, Verity offers up her latest paean to recycling to make us even better.

I imagine it’s true of many of us residents that we ponder which bin to put some of the plastic in. We know that expanded polystyrene goes in the Grey bin – the packaging around TV’s and computers – but some of the other stuff, well it’s a conundrum. Until now. Verity’s little poem provides the answer.

Verity’s previous poem about plastic recycling is one of the most popular items on this blog. I bet this one becomes just as popular.
