Still completing my catch up blogging. This time to record one of those splendid things that go on in the Borough which you rarely hear about.
It was my attendance, as Deputy Mayor [deputising for the Mayor], at the Town Centre Community Lunch. It’s organised by the Reverend David Hamblin of High Cross Church, with the aim of connecting Surrey Heath’s town centre business and retail sectors, Council, and voluntary organisations, in a convivial atmosphere, and over a light lunch.
