What a delight to find National Garden Scheme open gardens so close to home.
The front and rear gardens of Old Knowles were a spectacular show of rhododendrons and azaleas. I’m surprised more people don’t visit gardens in the NS Garden Scheme, there’s always a beautifully presented garden to admire, tea and cake to enjoy, and sometimes a plant or two to buy. Such simple pleasures.
Here’s my photo record of the Old Knowles gardens. As usual, click on images to expand.
