Police disrupt supply of Class A drugs in West Surrey – Six Camberley persons charged

Surrey Police are reporting today that,

Two days of action have resulted in number of people being arrested and charged for drugs related offences in West Surrey. Surrey Police officers, in conjunction with the South East Regional Organised Crime Unit executed search warrants on October 15 and 22 in the Woking, Guildford and Camberley, Haslemere areas, as well as outside of the county in London and, Farnborough in Hampshire and Sandhurst in Thames Valley.

It was an intelligence led operation that followed months of planning in an attempt to disrupt the supply of Class A drugs in the area. Woking Safer Neighbourhood Team Inspector Nolan Heather said: “Drug use and the supply of drugs has a direct impact on our communities and is something we take extremely seriously. I hope the action we have taken is of reassurance to the public that we will act to make your neighbourhoods a safer place to live and will take action where the public have passed on information to us.”

The below were all charged on October 15 and appeared at Guildford Magistrates Court on October 16.

Peter O’Neill, 50, of St Michael’s Road, Camberley has been charged with being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs and will next appear at Guildford Crown Court on October 29.

David Valentino, 43, of Carmarthen Close, Farnborough has been charged with supplying Class A drugs and will next appear at Guildford Crown Court on November 29.

Abdiaziz Elmi, 46, of no fixed abode, has been charged with supplying Class A drugs and has will next appear at Guildford Crown Court on October 29.

Dane Dacas, 23, of St Kilda’s Road, London N16 5BX, has been charged with supplying Class A drugs and money laundering. He will next appear at Guildford Crown Court on October 29.

Yasmin Hussain, 34, of York Road, Camberley has been charged with supplying Class A drugs and will next appear at Guildford Crown Court on October 29.

John Collins, 42, of Upper College Ride, Camberley has been charged with supplying Class A drugs and will next appear at Guildford Crown Court on October 29.

Angus Edgar, 49, of Sinhurst Road, Camberley, has been charged with supplying Class A drugs and will next appear at Guildford Crown Court on November 13.

A 17-year-old from south west London has been charged with supplying Class A drugs. He will next appear at Guildford Crown Court on October 29.

Claire Barrett, 30, of Yorktown Road, Sandhurst has been charged with supplying Class A drugs. She will next appear at Guildford Crown Court on October 29.

Jhalisa Asatewa, 18, of from central London, has been charged with supplying Class A drugs, and money laundering. He will next appear at Guildford Crown Court on October 29.

Donna Harding, 27, of Mitcham Road, Camberley has been charged with supplying Class A drugs. She will next appear at Guildford Crown Court on October 29.

Mark Daly, 34, of York Road, Camberley has been charged with supplying Class A drugs. He will next appear at Guildford Crown Court on October 29.

The second day of action today (October 22) has resulted in ten people, seven men and three women, being arrested for drugs related offences. They are currently in custody while enquiries continue.
