While researching something for a constituent I came across this bit of news. Nothing particularly spectacular about it, but just thought you might like to know.
It’s that Courtyard House, The Square, Lightwater is to let, or for sale at a price in excess of £1,250,000. Courtyard House is being sold by local property company, Shaw & Company.
