Both Chobham and Camberley Rugby clubs have invited me to watch a match or to help present prizes at mini-rugby events.
I learned that this season both Camberley and Chobham are in the same league – London 2 South West. I thought it would be a good for Councillors to show support to local sports clubs, and to be spectators at a match between Chobham and Camberley last Saturday. I’m pleased that seven councillors were able to attend the match, which Chobham Rugby Club generously welcomed us to their pre-match lunch.
