I’ve always wanted to go to Lakeside for the darts. So,what a treat for us both to get an invitation to visit Lakeside Country Club in Frimley Green to see the quarter finals of the BDO world darts championship.
The evening was a fantastic experience. The noise, colour, good humour of the audience, imaginative costumes, ability to meet the players, and of course the drama of the darts matches, all added to a memorable evening. I’m told 120million people around the world were watching on TV. A great advert for Surrey Heath.
