Insect bite relief zapper

Must, must tell you about a simple gadget that works.

Of course we collected a few mosquito bites on holiday in India, no matter how careful you are, it’s going to happen.

Friends provided us with a couple of insect bite relief gadgets for our trip. They worked a treat. You simply must get one of these devices when travelling to mosquito-ridden places.

Don’t ask me why they work, because I don’t understand. When you’ve got a bite, simply click this device on the bite a few times and all the itching and inflammation goes away. The device sends a small electric current through the bite – produced by a little piezo-electro cell – which has the effect of inhibiting the release of histamines, apparently.

I carried my around with me all the time, and was happy to dispense itch relief to anyone. Good fun.
